The Bubble House is BIG and FUN!
It measures a 10ft dome with a 6ft tunnel with protective tarp underneath the Bubble House that measures 15’ x 10.

Great question and one we get a lot! We can set up both indoors and outdoors on any level surface. This includes grass, artificial turf, concrete, asphalt, cement, pavers, and sporting arenas.
For your safety and to avoid damaging our bubble house, we, sadly, CANNOT set up on gravel/rocks, on/near dirt, by fire pits, BBQ pits, BBQ grills, or on uneven surfaces.

There are no shoes, food, drinks, face paint, confetti, gender reveal dust/powder, pen/marker/crayon/paint/etc. allowed on the bubble house as this can cause the vinyl to pop, rip, or stain. Any damage (beyond typical wear and tear) will result in an additional fee to repair or replace the damage done.
We do not set up at events with face paint. Face paint (even washable) permanently stains the bubble house. If any face paint gets on the bubble house, the client will be held responsible for replacement costs.

Unfortunately, currently we are not offering the Bubble House at public parks. We hope to add this option in the future.

Your safety is our number one priority, we ensure that the bubble house is secured with 4–6 40-pound sandbags at different anchoring points around the Bubble House.

We require a $100 deposit to reserve the bubble house. The deposit is applied towards the total of your rental.

The rental period may be extended for $50 per additional hour.
Please advise upon booking for additional time and time will be added to your invoice after booking.

If you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so at least (7) days prior to your event date and we would be happy to apply your deposit to a future booking. Cancellations less than (7) days from your event are no longer eligible to be rescheduled.
In the event of cancellation due to weather, deposits/payments are non-refundable and will be credited towards a future reservation within one calendar year from the date of original booking. Please consider a backup indoor option for your event so the party can continue.
Failure to pay the final payment will result in the reservation being canceled due to non-payment if payment is not received within 48 hours of your scheduled booking. Reservations that are canceled due to non-payment are not eligible for rescheduling.

Yes. We deliver. We setup. We pickup. We provided all the “supplies” related to blowing it up, extension chords, stakes, etc.
Note: Travel fees are required outside a 25 mile radius.
